Contemporary dance is nothing to be afraid of. You may not always understand it, but this format may make something clearer. It will guide you to perceive dance not only on a rational level, but also on a physical-emotional level. It will provide you with the historical context of the development of dance and introduce you to the basic methods of its creation.
