Somewhere, we begin again
The performance is a warm reflection of encounters with people around us. In a playful tone it explores humanity, tenderness, love, empathy.
Through dynamic movement the dancers rediscover different forms of connections and show, how simple acts of closeness can bring comfort and understanding. The performance turns into a celebration of human connection, even in a world that is increasingly distant.
This performance was created in close relation to its music, created by composers Jacob Gregersen on Bass and Vitus Denifl on Saxophone under their collaborative music group, Javentu. The tracks used in the show are Joy, Working Horse, Slumber and Gentle Crush, 3 of which are on their first album “Pivots on a rock”, with the track Slumber being part of their new album set to release in 2025.
